This medical fund is only for dogs who currently reside at Maricopa County Animal Care & Control. All treatment must be done at one of our approved vet clinics. One Love is not responsible for acquiring foster homes or new hoping dogs that need rescue. The shelter volunteer, foster or staff member who submits this application must also transport the dog to and from all appointments. A follow-up form will be required detailing the treatment performed and positive outcome for the dog as a result of the medical care they received.
